Payment, invoicing, refunds.
- Payment and invoicing
- All packages are paid at booking. We issue a full Italian electronic invoice (SDI) for corporate bookings, with all standard fields including VAT and reverse charge where applicable.Bank transfer is available for bookings of four seats or more, by request. Everything else goes through secure card payment.
- Cancellation and substitution
- Full refund available up to 7 days before the event. After that, seats are transferable to colleagues up to 48 hours before the workshop.Substitutions don't require approval , just send us the new participant's details.
