Do I need a specific degree or background?
No. We hire for potential, hunger, and cultural fit — not pedigree. We’ve hired engineers, designers, economists, and ex-consultants. What matters is how you think and build.
Is experience with AI required?
It depends on the role. For technical positions, solid AI/ML experience is expected. For other roles, curiosity and the ability to learn fast matter more than prior experience.
Do you offer remote positions?
Most roles are based in Turin, Italy. Some engineering roles can be hybrid or remote. We believe in-person collaboration is a superpower, especially for early-stage building.
How long does the selection process take?
Typically 2–3 weeks from application to offer. We move fast and respect your time. You’ll always know where you stand.
