Every year, we select one nonprofit organization and give them:
€10,000 Cash Funding
Unrestricted capital to deploy where it matters most. No strings attached, no bureaucratic reporting requirements. You know your needs better than we do.
€40,000 in Professional Services
This is where it gets serious. We provide:
- Strategic planning and positioning: Clarify your mission, define your audience, sharpen your value proposition
- Technology development and AI integration: Build the tools you need to scale impact
- Operational optimization: Fix the processes that slow you down
- Marketing and growth strategy: Reach more people, more effectively
- Fundraising support: Build sustainable funding models and donor relationships
6-9 Months of Hands-On Acceleration
This isn't a workshop. It's a partnership.
We assign dedicated KVA team members who work alongside your organization — weekly check-ins, rapid prototyping, real accountability. We become your growth team for nearly a year.
What We Look For
We're sector-agnostic. Education, healthcare, environment, social services — if you're solving a real problem with a scalable approach, we want to hear from you.
Clear, measurable impact goals. We believe in outcomes, not just activity. You should be able to articulate what success looks like and how you'll measure it.
Readiness to scale. You've proven the model works. Now you need infrastructure, technology, and operational capacity to reach more people.
Embrace of technology. You see AI and digital tools as force multipliers, not threats. We'll help you build and deploy them.
Builder mindset. You're not afraid to experiment, iterate, and evolve. You want a partner who challenges you, not just validates you.
The Program Structure
Phase 1: Discovery & Strategy (Weeks 1-4)
We start by understanding your organization deeply:
- Mission and impact mapping
- Operational audit and pain point analysis
- Stakeholder interviews and needs assessment
- Strategic roadmap development
By the end of Phase 1, we have a clear, actionable plan for the acceleration period.
Phase 2: Build & Implement (Months 2-5)
This is where theory becomes practice:
- Technology development and deployment
- Process redesign and team enablement
- Growth initiatives and audience expansion
- Stakeholder engagement and partnership development
We move fast, iterate constantly, and focus on shipping real improvements.
Phase 3: Scale & Sustainability (Months 6-9)
The final phase ensures the work continues after we leave:
- Measurement frameworks and impact reporting
- Fundraising strategy and donor/investor engagement
- Team training and capability transfer
- Handoff planning and long-term sustainability
Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary. If we've done our job, you won't need us anymore.
